ONA leaders will facilitate small-group career advice sessions with early- to mid-career attendees in a group setting. Participants are encouraged to come with a career-related question or two they’d like to talk through with a senior leader. The discussion leader will talk through issues with the group, so you’ll have the benefit of hearing challenges other folks are facing as well and how they navigate them.
