Abby is a product, UX and operations leader with a background in local news. As a founding partner at The Composition Collective, she works with mission-driven organizations (including the American Journalism Project, NC Local and Unido) to design and build positive products with tangible impact. Most recently, Abby was a product director at Huge, a global design and technology company. She previously led McClatchy's design thinking practice and internal accelerator program before transitioning into product as director of McClatchy’s consumer product & UX team. In still earlier days, she started Kinethics, an interactive compliance-training company focused on anti-corruption law.
