Sophie leads data and research strategy for the News Revenue Hub in service of rebuilding the news industry to be more equitable and community-driven. She was previously the senior newsroom growth expert on the Hub's consulting team, working with newsrooms on audience growth and high-level data analysis. Prior to the Hub, she worked at Google as a product strategist for news and ranking, and at The Washington Post in a variety of news analytics and audience roles.
